Delete an anti ad-blockers banner

Hid a new "Play [game] at Kongregate!" div, visible only with the old style

Added back a few of the redesign elements, for compatibility reasons

Fixed header breaking when player had unread messages

Fixed styling right below games

Moved the banners on game pages back to their original place. Fixed spacing above games. Modified the script's description to reflect what it does.

Fixed the remaining compatibility issues with Greasemonkey:

• removed functions not existing in Greasemonkey's context
• added unsafeWindow in the permissions list to make reference to object existing outside of Greasemonkey's context
