Shows the play position of the video from the start of a livestream. When watching at the live position, this should be the uptime.

Youtube shows how far behind the current "Live" position you are. If you want to know what the time from start is, it can be too time-consuming to hover over the start of the stream to work out the time.

Adds the uptime to the end of the counter - i.e.
