Helper for downvoting on StackOverflow

It is best practice to let people know what they have done wrong when downvoting their question. This extension helps adding information what you as the downvoter find unpleasant about their question and what issues you think need to be tackled.

How it works:

Downvote
A popup opens and you can choose options (taken from idownvotedbecau.se) that explain your downvote
- Note: It is still possible to downvote without explanation by just clicking on the "Downvote with explanation(s)" button with no option selected. This should be used as rarely as possible as it defeats the purpose of using this script
A comment gets written
- Optionally add things you want to tell the person that asked the question
Submit the automatically written comment
