further enhancements for Kuro5hin.org
This is intended as a killfile for kuro5hin.org. Some of the features no longer (or possibly never did) work. In particular, hiding diary entries in the main Diary page is broken[1], likewise the automatic hide/show. Killfiling user accounts with space characters also seems problematic.
As currently configured it hides posts and diaries from two users, one of whom has many duplicate accounts.
[1] per https://www.kuro5hin.org/comments/2010/4/9/211459/2500/7#7 , there's HTML in the diary section of the form "table... class="USER"", where USER is something like "Skeletor". FIXME to use this code.
