adds bbcode formatting buttions to SocialNeko
Adds simple buttons for inserting BBCode on socialneko.org
*If you select text, and click a button, the tags will conveniently appear on either side of the selected text.
*Clicking the color selector button is actually what sets the color.
*The color selection popup is weird in positioning, and needs improvement. Zooming in might help if it's off screen.
*Button panel should appear on every textbox on the site that you would use BBCode in.
*not compatible with the Nintendo 3Ds :P
