Minor tweaks for IMDb, like dark theme, sticky navbar, dark search form, thin scrollbar and dark scrollbar for dark elements.

Switchable Features:
- Sticky Navigation Bar (+ narrower new home/film pages)
- Thin Scrollbars (for both Firefox and Chrome)
- Dark Scrollbars for dark sections (such as the home page or add-to-list dropdown menu)
- Dark Search Form (since the navbar is dark)
- Dark Theme (may not look perfect on help/contribution/pro pages)
