A set of audio alerts for IQRPG.

This currently has audio alerts for the following:

Autos below 10 remaining *
Dungeon complete *
PM has been received **
An event or boss has spawned
Your clan watchtower has spawned monsters to kill

Alerts marked with * will continue to alert until you have restarted your actions.
Alerts marked with ** will only alert when you're not focusing the game.

Please make sure to read and edit the settings inside the file to you needs.

Big shoutout to Xortrox / euphone for their contributions to the start of this. Hopefully we can keep everything in one script so we don't have multiple scripts to load! :)
