添加极速模式的开关(在首页设置), 当页面卡死时, 可以尝试关闭极速模式. 加了个关闭极速模式的开关

打开P站任何图片页面都会卡死（首页搜索页等没问题），禁用其它所有扩展和脚本依然卡死
