all layers active If I open a bookmark all layers were active. First I had to close al unneeded layers. Isn't there a posibility to save a bookmark without affecting the layers?

Good i18n Hello. I noticed that national symbols got replaced with question marks ('?') when synchronizing bookmarks from server. Could you please fix this?
