Odoo 14 remove Block UI for Enterprise

Basically allows expired database to continue to be used. Simply alter the match property o your domain

Basically allows expired database to continue to be used. Simply alter the match property to your domain. e.g. if your domain is odoo.a.com then the match parameter should be http://odoo.a.com/web*

It is currently setup so it will run on any Odoo on .ds9:8014. (These are local host entries in windows/etc/drivers/hosts file pointing to 127.0.0.1. e.g. a.ds9 127.0.0.1 - linux also has one of these.) It will work on ANY Odoo 14 instance and likely works on 15 and 13, i've not checked yet. -> Feedback pr1odooapps AT gmail.com
