AC Content Manager Installation Buttons

A small extension for Content Manager (an alternative Assetto Corsa launcher). Adds buttons to some websites allowing to quickly download and install content.

Supported websites at the moment:
• RaceDepartment;
• AC Club;
• assetto-DB.
