Adds a next planet button for explorers, or a done button if they have finished exploring this system.
Default behaviour is clicking on next planet button autolaunches the explorer and automatically select next idle explorer from fleet list.
Edit configuration options to alter the behaviour. You may:
Change autolaunching to false.
Change autoselecting next explorer to false.
Change useExcludeString to true in order to make sure that fleets whose name contain a certain String will not be autoselected. String is userdefined too. Defaulst = #NotAuto#
Change useIncludeString to true in order to make sure that only fleets whose name contain a certain String will be autoselected.
