This is rewritten from scratch version of script from Xzer: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/6016-myanimelist-genre-filter-for-anime-lists

The script inserts type (if such column is available) and genres to entries tags. Works in anime and manga list.

Note: this script can erase all previous tags!

Changes from Xzer's version:

  • works in manga list
  • works only in your own list, not in all lists, and only if tags column is visible
  • besides genres, also adds type into tags (TV, OVA, etc)
  • removed unnecessary functions for filtering, since MAL repaired tags functionality
  • added confirmation before updating tags
  • new features
