It's impossible, but if you really want to lie to your friends: open two browsers like Chrome, Opera, or Brave. Use a cheat on one of them to analyze the game in real time, and stream only the window of the other browser where you're playing.
Please don't use it on online matches against random people. If you're using it against your friends as a prank, then:
1) Make two separate windows of the same browser, other window having the GUI open and other the chess site. 2) Disable external arrows on A.C.A.S settings. 3) Unpin your userscript manager from the extension list. 4) When screensharing on Discord, select the browser window with the chess site open. 5) Keep the GUI visible somewhere on your screen, you can make the window very small. You can see the suggestions there, the stream only shows the browser window with the chess site.
To share the whole screen, you might need two monitors, so you can keep the GUI open on another monitor. Once again, do not use A.C.A.S against random people, you're an asshole if you do that.
