Adds numbered headings button to the page editor in Atlassian Confluence. Based on work by Markus Jenu at https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Is-it-possible-to-add-numbering-to-headings-in-Confluence/qaq-p/315517#M87046.
If the Script is active in Confluence (Server), you are not able to create template (blueprints) via the macro create from template or just creating a new page.
Additionally, there are also issues when adding pictures via drag&drop into an edited page.
For this 2 cases i need to disable / enable the script every time.
