Adds various anime and manga links to MAL

It allows you to get links to streaming websites directly in the currently watching panel on MyAnimeList. Since version 5.0 manga websites are supported!
If you installed the script from here remember to force an update, since the main version is the one on github, this version may be older. You can also click here to install the latest version.
This script is the updated version of MAL to Kissanime.
