- Added config menu
- Added option to toggle replies by clicking the whole comment

Fixed issue with positioning of +/- icon

- Fixed issue where clicking on text boxes and the markdown buttons would collapse replies

- Added the ability to click or tap anywhere on a comment to collapse it and its children (may interfere with other functionality)
- Improved layout on mobile, should work down to ~380px wide screens
- Removed WIP config menu as it isn't compatible with Userscripts for Safari

• Added - icon above thread line to make it clearer that it toggles replies when expanded
• Added indicator for OP (original poster)
• Increased padding between comments for visual clarity
• Made full width of header clickable

Renamed settings menu (currently not functional)
