  • v2.0.0 07/09/2021

    BIG UPDATE:
*A large part of the code has been converted to CSS styling, so that it can be applied as soon as possible when the HTML code of the page is loaded. As a consequence, most of the popups won't appear and then close automatically; instead, they won't appear at all!
*Improvements for Twitter: large login popups that appear when pressing on "Like" or "Comment" buttons (and sometimes without clicking anything) are now hidden.
*Improvements for Ask.fm: scrolling should be now working as expected and posts don't expire after 1'30".

NOTE: due to the large modifications to the code, even though I've solved all the bugs I could find, there could be some left. Please report them and I will do the possible to fix them.

  • v1.9.8 30/08/2021

Twitter is now properly fixed: hamburger menu working and no popups.

  • v1.9.7.1 29/08/2021

Reverted changed introduced in v1.9.7, that broke the hamburger menus in Twitter.

  • v1.9.7 28/08/2021

    Twitter fix

  • v1.9.6 21/07/2021

Instagram [fixed]: tags over pictures are now actually dislayed above the picture, so they can be seen and clicked.
Reddit: [updated]: Added XPromoBlockingModal to the popup classes to be hidden.

  • v1.9.5 16/07/2021

Fixed a typing error in code that prevented IGTV videos from being clicked on desktop.

  • v1.9.4 06/07/2021

    Quick fixes for Instagram TV:
    /channel/ page videos can now be clicked from desktop site;
IGTV videos shouldn't automatically pause anymore at 30s.

  • v1.9.3 23/06/2021
  • v1.9.2 07/06/2021
  • v1.9.2 07/06/2021
  • v1.9.2 25/05/2021

Many fixes for Instagram:guides, are now displayed correctly.

    • It is possible to download all videos from Instagram (Right click>Save as), including those in reels and IGTV sections.
    • Trying to open the Feeds page from mobile doesn't redirect to login, but to the actual feeds page.
    • Fixed a bug that was keeping a function running in some pages even if it was not needed.

Known bugs: on desktop you have to right click the IGTV thumbnails and open them in a new tab to view the videos.

  • v1.9.1 10/03/2021

Fix for a bug introduced in v1.9.0 where media type icons were not shown in Instagram.

  • v1.9.0 09/03/2021

Rewritten the method for checking if the URL of a page has changed: previously it was relying on the onpopstate event, but that event is not triggered when pages use pushState() or replaceState() (you can find a better explaination here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/WindowEventHandlers/onpopstate).
Added a function for Instagram to let you watch the videos more than once without logging in. As a (wanted) side effect, it lets you use HTML5 video player controls and it also lets you download both photos and videos with a right click, as any proper HTML5 page should let you do.

  • v1.8.4 02/03/2021 Fix and speedup for Instagram: v1.8.3 broke compatibility with Instagram (my fault), but with this new version IG pages with lots of related accounts not only work, but also load much faster than in previous versions..
  • v1.8.3 01/03/2021 Super rough fix for Reddit mobile: it barely works, so if your screen is large enough, you'd better request the desktop version of the site.
  • v1.8.2 28/02/2021 Quick fix for new Facebook design.
  • v1.8.1 15/02/2021 Added support for the mobile version of VK.
  • v1.8.0 15/02/2021 Added VK support.
  • v1.7.0 15/02/2021 Added ask.fm support (does anyone still use it?) and improved (hopefully as I couldn't test) the speed on Instagram pages with many related accounts.

  • v1.6.1 02/01/2021 Updated Quora patch to remove the new sign-in wall introduced today in the mobile version. I've also added a search bar at the top of the page, like in desktop version.

  • v1.5.4 30/12/2020 Fix for Reddit NSFW patch: now the script correctly loads pictures in comments. // Another fix to enable scrolling in Reddit mobile
  • v1.5.3 28/12/2020 Removed blocking wall for NSFW posts on reddit mobile. While on pc reddit asks if you want to see the post, in reddit mobile there was no way to see the post, unless you downloaded reddit app, for "privacy" reasons (it's just a marketing strategy for having the users download the app). This new update allows you to see the post directly in the phone's browser.
  • v1.5.2 18/11/2020 Fixed Reddit support for mobile interface, now it scrolls correctly.
  • v1.5.1 24/10/2020 Removed youtube support, as https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/412178-youtube-dismiss-sign-in is a better script for handles Youtube popups.

  • v1.4.0 16/10/2020 Added support for reddit
  • v1.3.6 15/10/2020 Now most of the code for Instagram and Youtube works with CSS styling: instead of a constant attempt to remove the elements, now the popups are hidden from the page structure. While this is barely noticeable for the users, yet better as you won't see any popup blinking before disappearing, this reduces the burden on the CPU, as there's no need to keep checking for popups.
  • v1.3.5 05/10/2020 Small fix for YouTube Mobile and Instagram popups blinking when scrolling.

  • v1.3.0 28/09/2020 Large update that takes down all the walls introduced in Instagram's interface for non logged users. Working on desktop and mobile (not on Firefox Mobile since the last cursed update; waiting for Mozilla to fix extension support). Added an icon for the script.
