I don't believe that JS scripts can do that,they can't work cross tabs or cross browsers,you need an windows app or browser extension proabably

Is there a script to use for the following I want to open a website, but this website needs to be focus on to work. I want this website/tab to think i am still on it, even if i am on other tab how do i do this
