There was a bit of a change recently where we're no longer doing reviews, but instead the validation message points you to https://greasyfork.org/help/external-scripts and we figure if you need additional help, you'll ask. You probably posted your script before we made that change... Sorry about that.

No I hadn't asked, it was indeed before that change to the upload process.

Generally I'm only going to add CDNs to the list, but there's nothing stopping anyone from posting it as a library.

i did that.
the problem is that "my" library is static.
i will not benefit from BrockA updates to his code.

and setting the library to sync with his github gives the message "Does not appear to be a user script.", which looks right, since it doesn't have the // ==UserScript== header.
