Adding a 'fundraisers' filter
Filters get re-run when navigating back to the sub page (fixes an issue cause by unsubbing from a channel / subbing to a new one). Filters no longer get re-run when away from the sub feed. Removed redundant code. Filter button's SVG is now constructed with JS.
Updated to deal with a change from YouTube that made moving videos around impossible. Also fixed hidden shorts not being recognised by waiting for them to load & a crash when testing shorts against the basic vid predicate.
