Good Chrome updated and i needed to enable developer mode in the extensions settings page and then restart the browser. if that doesn't work try reinstalling tampermonkey and the script and then restart...

Good Please update the script to match non-music YouTube as well! Simply adding a match on `https://www.youtube.com/*` seems to work.

Looks like an update by Google is causing this script to not function correctly anymore. The volume bar jumps all over the place when trying to set the volume.
