This is a rough draft

Attempts to add an underline to words signifying "Hey I'm a VTES card", and if you mouseover, you should see a preview of the card in the top right.

Known issues:

- possibly just showing a card in the top right isn't good and it should be relevant to cursor
- not currently solving issue with cards using forward ticks or back ticks etc, so, some cards aren't going to work
- needs to be OPTIMIZED, which you shouldn't do right away, everyone knows that
