A script to add an rss feed button to youtube channels.

The rss feed is for the uploads of the youtuber. Nothing else, just the uploads.

This is for people, like myself, who prefer to have their youtube subscriptions on a feed reader.

- improved RSS feed link (just grab it from the RSS link tag in head)
- improved positioning of the button
- added button to video pages (youtube.com/watch) that opens the rss feed in another tab
- moved script from userscripts.org to greasyfork.org

- fixed for 'new channel' again
- now has a more robust code, shouldn't break so easily
