实际遇到的问题:

1. 我维护的两个脚本: 424574 和 432065, 使用MIT协议开源, 允许发布衍生版本
2. 其他用户在脚本基础上添加了广告代码并发布: 427628 和 432106, 且未在脚本简介内提供任何关于脚本改进的说明

希望可以在脚本发布规则中添加关于版权的细节规则, 要求发布的衍生版本必须提供 改进说明

MIT license doesn't require it. GPL license does.

Note that 432106 didn't have any description at all, which is a violation of the rules, so it was deleted.
