Export Ylilauta threads as Markdown (.md) files for local archiving and reading in tools like Obsidian or Notion.

Features

  • Format Conversion: Converts HTML (bold, italic, links, images) to standard Markdown.
  • Media Support: Embeds images and provides direct links for video files (mp4, webm).
  • Post Metadata: Captures User IDs, Post IDs, and timestamps for every message.
  • Clean Filenames: Automatically generates names based on thread ID and title.
  • Seamless UI: Adds an "Export .md" button directly into the thread's dropdown menu.

Instructions

  1. Install the script via Tampermonkey.
  2. Navigate to any Ylilauta thread.
  3. Open the thread's options menu (three dots/arrow).
  4. Click "Export .md" to download the file.
