I got a Community Guidelines warning. It won't go away on the dashboard. It makes me angry. This is coded semi-poorly.

Made the code a bit less dumb.
Fixed a problem where if you switched from a channel to a channel that has the godforsaken thing on the dashboard, it wouldn't activate unless the page was reloaded. (aka, fixed the @match thing to not be /channel/* and just /*)
