Adds an Atom feed to Bugzilla reports. When viewing any bug report, you can subscribe to its feed using the Subscribe button found in the customization palette, or the Subscribe To This Page… item in either of the Bookmarks menus. Bugzilla itself doesn't support feeds (bug 256718); they're provided by bugzillatoatom.affine.space.
