Here's a quick list of features:

*~The navigation bar is now stick on the top of your browser window
*~Back/Next buttons on top of the content you're browsing and not just at the bottom
*~New page layout
*~Add custom blocks to your layout
*~Add custom images with links
( with new blocks and icons you can make your collections of submissions! )
*~Add custom maps to your profile
*~Blacklist new submissions
*~Indicator to show the new submissions/messages and not just the total sum.
*~Quickly filter submissions by rating
*~List of the last searched words under the "My FA" Menu

You have to edit your Profile Information to use some of the features.
