Binds Space/Enter, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 keys to review buttons. Changes MISS button to AGAIN. Hides SRS Intervals.

  • v0.8.3 24.03.2016. Enter presses either SHOW ANSWER, MEDIUM, or NEXT SET depending on which is visible. Added boolean so that regular button pushes are not ignored.
