Update version to 0.0.1 with build number 172. Enhance Webpack configuration to preserve only Tampermonkey metadata comments and enable production optimizations for better performance.

Remove version.json and update version handling in Webpack plugins to use package.json. Introduce .dev_build_number for local development builds and adjust versioning logic in UserscriptMetaPlugin for production and development environments.
