新增功能:

(4)针对哔哩哔哩的分p视频进行优化,播放速度可缓存.

部分适配:
爱奇艺(跳过广告和倍速正常,控制面板和速度提示无法工作)
腾讯视频(,倍速,控制面板和速度提示正常工作,无法跳过广告)
