Export YouTube Subscriptions to RSS OPML

Adds the option to export subscriptions from YouTube as an OPML file of RSS feeds.

Bad With the latest update the script still does not work with chrome and has stopped working with firefox (both updated to the latest version for mac). Version 1.8 works on firefox

OK Works only up to 1000 subscriptions. Could you make it to work on https://www.youtube.com/feed/channels so we can get every subscription.
