Temporary fix for missing drafted posts when not using endless scrolling.

If you have endless scrolling disabled at the moment, when navigating your drafted posts there will always one draft that gets skipped between pages.

This script wraps the 'Next' button with an anchor link pointing to the page of drafts, correctly starting with the previously skipped post.
