feat(bridge): add generic model-link sniffer
Puts an Orca chip next to any http(s) link on any site whose path ends in a model extension, so a repository without a slicer integration still gets a one-click hand-off. The Thingiverse file-row button stays as it was: downloads there run through JS, so there is no link for the sniffer to find.
Widens the extension list to step, stp and amf, which Orca opens as happily as stl. Adds selftest coverage for the new helper, including the near misses the substring selector lets through and the URL schemes Orca cannot fetch.
