I'm not seeing this. You've confirmed that it's caused by this script? It doesn't really touch any of those options. The site itself has had this issue for a few months.
It's not the script. I found that manycam and cam mask doesn't work anymore with the chrome update, IF you're on an apple pc using chrome. But it's not affecting people on windows with chrome.

For the past couple weeks when using chrome, under media settings, the options tab next to broadcast, there's no option to use manycam or cam mask anymore. but in firefox it works.
