I am so sorry to hear that! I did make this script about 2 years ago when I did not know as much in JavaScript as I do now.

I have a working solution that is a fraction of the length of the current script so I will update to that now.

Thanks for the bug report, as I do not see it (I use Flash not HTML5) and this has given me the opportunity to do good code revision and a total rewrite.

Forget about what I wrote before, I broke the script trying to do the fix. You will instead need to download my "Embedded YouTube Videos Full HD and No Annotations" script, I just added the part in that makes the annotations disappear. This script will now strictly be for YouTube it's self.
