Thank you for your work and your time. It works again, only one thing is "wrong", when clicking the download button the photo is opened in the browser and not downloaded like in the previous version
Seems to be working fine for me, could you give me a link to a page where it isn't working as expected?
All pages have the same "error". Clicking the download button will open the photo and not download as expected.
Still can't reproduce, what OS/browser are you using?
Google Chrome/Win 7 x64/Tampermonkey 4.5.. I don't know what happens, I click the download button and the photo opens on the same page as I am but it does not download as it should (Automatic download). Other than that, everything works fine.

After the last update I click the download button and nothing happens. Do not download and do not open the photo in the same guide as before
Could you update and try again? If the download fails again you should get a notification telling you the error, could you tell me what it says?
Still the same thing, clicking the download button nothing happens and no error is reported. If it helps in something, in the past when passing the cursor on the button download was informed the url of the photo with .jpg at the end, now appears only the address of the page, ex: http://vsco.co/user/media/5aa82e4bfa8567575ea19cda

Do you see any errors if you open the developer console (Control+Shift+J)?
Do not show me anything, empty developer console
It shows me only one error related to facebook, but this error also happens with tampermonkey disabled
Can you try this:
1. Go to Tampermonkey settings
2. Change 'Config mode' to 'Advanced'
3. Scroll down to 'Downloads BETA'. What does it say? Make sure it's not disabled. The 'Whitelisted File Extensions' field should also contain '/\.(ico|gif|png|jpe?g)/'.
It is active, Download Mode: Default. And it contains /\.(ico|gif|png|jpe?g)/
I think I have finally figured it out. Can you try to change the download mode to 'Browser API'?

Could you upgrade? No longer works on profile page, works only by opening photo by photo
