Wikipedia Expand Headings

on mobile, Wikipedia articles have collapsed headings. This way you can't search a text in all the article, to do so, you must expand all headings first. This scripts adds a button to expand at once all headings on a Wikipedia mobile page (es: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schuko).
