Open https://translate.google.com and select your default settings and languages, then click on the TamperMonkey extension and click on "Save Current Settings".
The script also saves the translation settings of the Google Translate website, so if you usually translate Images/Documents or Websites more often than a simple Text translation, you can also select the option you use more often, and after that, follow the steps above to save your most often used translation option.
Now, the next time https://translate.google.com is opened, the script will automatically apply your default settings.
