uploadhaven.com is a file hosting system, infamous for its slow speeds, and is used by steamunlocked.com
This creates the download button in place of the timer (after about 3 seconds) and presses it, allowing for a much shorter waiting time.
Note: This may not give you faster download speeds, just a shorter wait time.
