Adds a "Profile" tab next to the "Home" tab, like the old LT used to have

Some people don't like that the new LibraryThing redesign has removed the "Profile" tab (replaced by clicking your username in the upper-right-hand corner). This puts it back. Doesn't internationalize for now (it always reads "Profile").
