🛠️ How to Use – Step by Step


  1. Locate the Dock – After installation, look for the floating
    🛡️ Shield icon. The dock can be dragged vertically and automatically collapses when not in use.

  2. Open the Main Menu – Click the shield to expand the dock.
    The available controls are:
    • 🎯 Hide – Activates element-selection mode.
    • 🌐 Scope – Cycles through Site-wide, Page-only, and Global.
    • 👁️ Reveal – Attempts to reveal hidden or blurred content.
    • 🔗 Links – Opens the Link Extractor.
    • ⏩ +30s – Advances supported video/audio by 30 seconds.
    • ❄️ Freeze – Enables navigation protection.
    • ⚙️ Menu – Opens the Control Panel.

    The Scope control cycles through Site-wide → Page-only → Global.


  3. Hide an Element
    1. Click 🎯 Hide.
    2. Click an element on the page.
    3. Use the selection stepper to move between parent and child elements.
    4. Save the selected element using the current scope.
    5. Use 🌍 Global when the rule should apply across domains.
    6. Press Esc to cancel selection mode.

  4. Manage Rules – Open ⚙️ Menu → Rules.
    • Add custom CSS selectors manually.
    • Specify a target domain or use * for global rules.
    • Edit existing rules.
    • Delete individual rules.
    • Clear custom, site-wide, or page-only rules.
    • Use Bulk Add to import multiple selectors.

    Bulk rules are stored as global rules. Selectors targeting html or body require confirmation before being added.


  5. Use Link Extractor – Click 🔗 Links.
    • Search extracted links by text or URL.
    • Toggle Hide internal to exclude links from the current domain.
    • Enable Media mode to display supported media in a grid.
    • Click an item to open its preview.
    • Copy supported URLs.
    • Open links in a new tab.
    • Preview supported images, direct videos, and audio.
    • Download supported direct media.
    • Refresh the extracted content on dynamic pages.

    The extractor supports normal link mode and a dedicated media mode with filtering and internal-link controls.


  6. Use Media Preview & Downloader – Supported direct media can be previewed inside the interface.
    • 📋 Copy – Copy the media URL.
    • ⬇️ Download – Download supported direct image, video, or audio files.
    • ↗ Open – Open the URL in a new tab.
    • ✖ Close – Close the preview.

    Downloads use GM_download when available, with a fetch/blob fallback when the userscript download fails.


  7. Enable Rule-Breaker Features – Open ⚙️ Menu → Tools.
    • 🚫 Anti-Paywall / Anti-Adblock – Detects matching overlays and attempts to restore access to the underlying page.
    • 🗑️ Auto-Close Modals & Overlays – Automatically handles supported unwanted dialogs.
    • ✅ Auto-Accept Age Verification – Automatically selects supported age-verification actions when enabled.
    • 🔓 Auto-Close Logins – Prevents supported login/account dialogs from remaining open.
    • 🍪 Cookie Consent – Select Ask, Accept, or Reject.

    These controls are individually persisted and reapplied when settings change.


  8. Freeze Navigation – Click ❄️ Freeze to protect against unwanted navigation.
    • ❓ Ask Every Time – Ask before intercepted navigation proceeds.
    • ⛔ Auto-Block All – Automatically block intercepted navigation.
    • 🔗 Allow Same Domain Only – Allow navigation within the same domain.
    • 🟢 Allow All – Allow navigation and disable Freeze mode.

    Freeze can intercept redirects, location navigation, anchor clicks, popup windows, and related navigation attempts.


  9. Manage Domains – Use the Domains section to maintain:
    • 🚫 Blocked Domains – Domains that should be automatically blocked.
    • 🟢 Allowed Domains – Domains that should bypass applicable navigation restrictions.

    Both lists are persistent and can be managed directly from the Control Panel.


  10. Reveal Hidden Content – Click 👁️ Reveal.
    The engine attempts to restore elements affected by common hiding techniques, overlays, and blur effects.

  11. Skip Timers & Playback – Click ⏩ +30s to advance supported
    <video> and <audio> elements by 30 seconds.

    Enable Auto Time Skipper in Tools for automatic operation.
