A few minor unimpactful fixes.

• Overhauled the way the modals get drawn.
• Changed a lot of classes and classnames.
• Overhauled settings. Made it work with new update.
• Changed how borders get drawn to allow for radius.

Please give me a poke if anything is broken.

Fixed my fix for the toolasha fix.

Changed settings tab to also work when Toolasha is installed.
Fixed settings bug that sometimes made tabs not reappear.

* Changed a few typoes and text mistakes.
* Added a members list tab for future content.
* Overhauled the way modals are drawn for hopefully a nice performance boost.
