Adds a 'Comment Kudos ♥' button beside the 'Kudos ♥' button. Click it and it will enter and submit a short, nice comment.

If commenting anonymously, set the name and email at the top of the script.

Add or delete strings to the array with the comments if you want, it will adjust to include them. The default list is:
