For planets.nu - Aligns and shortens primary enemy menu.
Cleans up the Primary Enemy menu in Planets.nu.
The default viewer shows the names in a messy way. This will put names, races and race id# in vertical alignment which makes things much easier to read. Race names are shorter (e.g. The Solar Federation -> Feds). Player slots that have not been filled by a player are not listed.
