When opening a ticket in "events" mode, this script will highlight the added and removed tags to allow easier readability.


Zendesk shows the list of current tags, and previous tags with a strikethrough.

This script will:

  • Mark the added tags in the current tags list as green.
  • Mark the removed tags in the previous tags list as red.
