Gives you an expanded header on Mturk (Mechanical Turk) with transfer balance and Worker ID without polling on every page load. This will reduce maximum request rate errors for people that use expanded header scripts. This also works on the latest Firefox (the other scripts will break soon).
I created this version of the expanded header to reduce the amount of pages requested. Instead of loading the transfer balance every time you load a page, it'll retrieve the data only occasionally (every few minutes). This will reduce maximum request rate errors for people that use expanded header scripts, especially when doing quick batches. There are options to change the amount of time to keep the cached balanced and change the colors of the balance and Worker ID.
Also, in the latest pre-release versions of Firefox, the other Expanded Header scripts no longer appear to work. This script is working in the latest Nightly (as of 2014/07/12).
2014-08-29 Oops! The data wasn't being loaded correctly when on the dashboard page.
2014-08-07 Now when a page loads and the header information has changed, the changes will be reflected in any open tabs/windows. Also fixed a bug where header information was being loaded in the background when the current page was the dashboard.
