Show Amazon Questions button + Show Amazon Questions context menu

Creates a "Show questions" button next to the "answered questions" text, if any. Once pressed it opens a new tab of the questions.

Malo The button now leads to a 404 page for me. Doesn't seem that answers has been removed, since I just asked a new question yesterday. So I guess the URL pattern needs to be updated.

Bueno Works exactly as expected. Only a matter of time before Amazon removes the feature altogether.
