The purpose of this user script is to improve the user experience on Thimbleweed Park™ Blog.

Features

Display time of comments in local time allowing custom formatting.
Highlight new comments since last visit. (Note: Clicking on "new comment" navigates to next new one.)
Override behaviour of Reply links to always open in new tab page.
Pre-fill comment form with your user information.
Shows count of new comments on archives page per blog post.

Settings UI can be accessed via menu command.
